"Together Anything Is Possible!"https://youtu.be/rAKvW7etlJ8We are very proud to present an 8.5 minute documentary video of the collaborative GIS and drone work between the Village of Hopkins, Belize, the Hopkins Village Council, Hamanasi Resort, PADF Belize, the University of Belize, Georgia State University, the Smithsonian Field Research Station in Belize, and the NSF Citizen Science GIS team at the University of Central Florida. Please consider watching and sharing this video to understand the power of working across borders on international issues, specifically on marine debris, flooding and disaster management, tourism, and drones. Many thanks to our video producer and REU staff member, Christine Munisteri. Stay tuned, over the next few days we will be rolling out all of the community-based, open source data collected throughout our collaborative research project! #citizensciencegis #ucfreu #hopkinsvillage
