I am interested in data science applications within the agricultural and healthcare domains. I am a computational biologist and geospatial data scientist/biostatistician specializing in the fields of healthcare, evolutionary biology, ecology, agricultural ecology, and biological image analysis with experience in accessible science communication.

I have 5+ years of experience in the fields of statistical modeling, statistical programming, machine learning and science communication. My primary interests are in building interpretable statistical and machine learning models to understand biological processes related to evolution, fitness, and bacterial infection.
