Lisa Rodriguez is a graduate student in the Sociology department at the University of Central Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University Sacramento in Sociology, and has worked in various roles within education for the past six years. She joined CitizenScience in the Spring of 2023 as a member of the GeoBus team and looks forward to inspiring hands-on education. Lisa is an advocate for making learning more accessible and values language that supports sciences next generation. Her research interests surround inequalities within education in Puerto Rico, and inequalities in disaster relief in Puerto Rico. Lisa is an animal lover; she enjoys travelling and spending time with nature in her free time.
