Hopkins Belize Online Tourism Map Up and Running!
The Citizen Science GIS team, in collaboration with the Hopkins Village Council, is pleased to introduce a new online tourism map designed to be a one-stop-destination for finding establishments that are essential to all travelers in Hopkins, Belize. As you look around, you can locate restaurants, hotels, ATMs, dive centers, and anything else you will need during your time in the wonderful Hopkins Village! By navigating to the "Layers" tab you can view the legend and symbols for each tourist location. Clicking on a point will cause a pop-up box to appear. Here you will find information including the establishment's website, an image, and a price estimate. This map also works on all WiFi enabled devices, so feel free to bring it along with you on your travels!
