Student Video Reflections

Challenging, emotional, fun, collaborative, thought-provoking, interesting, real-life, and eye-opening…

These are just a few words that have been used by our students to describe the Belize research experience with the Citizen Science GIS team.  This could be you if choose to participate in our NSF-funded REU Program in Belize at the University of Central Florida!  We have taken students to Belize in two-week research trips to work on community geography and GIS projects.  Here are a few important reflections and lessons learned as told by our incredibly talented students from the United States and Belize.  Watch closely, you can hear and see the excitement in their voices and faces.  This can be you in our future Belize Community Geography and GIS research experiences.
